Final Events

Rev. 20:15

And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

 

 

The next event will be heralded by an angel holding the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain. After seizing the dragon, Satan, he will be bound for 1000 years so that he can not deceive the nations any longer, but after that time period, he will be released for a short while.

 

During the 1000 year period, certain souls will rule with Jesus, those who were beheaded for their testimony for Jesus and the Word, and those who refused to worship the beast or take his mark. The rest of the souls of the death will not come to life until the 1000 years is completed. This is the first resurrection where these souls will be priests of God and Christ and will reign with Him.

 

When the 1000 years are ended, Satan will be released to deceive the nations, Gog and Magog, and to gather them for battle. As they march toward the the camp of the saints and the beloved city, they will be consumed by fire from heaven, and the Devil will be thrown into the lake of fire to be reunited with the beast and the false prophet. What a homecoming!!

 

Following this will be the great white throne judgment where the dead will stand before the throne as the books were opened. What was written in the books [including the book of life] will judge the people. Then Death and Hades will be thrown in to the Lake of Fire. Now the homecoming is complete! This is the second death. the lake of fire. And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

 

Such an ending to all the struggle, the deception, and the evil! All those who participated in and followed  Satan will now have to follow him to where he is and where he will be for eternity. Their choice for evil will be the determiner of their life for eternity. Sadly, it is not like people say, a party with all their friends. Instead it is a place of torment forever and ever.

Thank You for putting my name in the Lamb's book of life. Thank You for drawing me to You and saving my soul. Help me make right choices for You.
