Seven Angels with Seven Plagues

Rev. 15:4
Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Your name? All nations will come and worship You, for Your righteous acts have been revealed.

The story of the end times continues as the heaven are filled with 7 angels carrying 7 plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished. The sea of glass appears to be mingled with fire, and beside this sea are those who had conquered the beast, its image, and the number of its name. In their hands are harps of God playing as they sing the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb, Great and amazing are Your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the nations!  Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Your name? All nations will come and worship You, for Your righteous acts have been revealed.

Then the sanctuary of the tent of witness is opened, and out of it comes the 7 angels, clothed in pure, bright linen with golden sashes around their chests, and with them are the 7 plagues. One of the 4 living creatures gives the angels the 7 bowls of the wrath of God, and as he does that, the sanctuary fills with smoke from the glory of God and from His power, so much so, that no one could enter the sanctuary until the plagues were finished.

Unbelievably amazing is the detail of each event. It really reflects the sovereign Creator God, who  crafted the beginning of life with  intricate and complex detail and now crafts the end in a similar manner. What power, majesty, and glory! How could man ever think he could take that glory from God and exalt himself and the creation above the Creator! How foolish!

Father,
Teach me to live in Your glory and power. Show me when I try and usurp Your control in my life.
In the name of the Lamb,
Amen
