Order and Peace

I Cor. 14:33
For God is not a God of confusion but of peace.

When believers come together whether with a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue,  or an interpretation, it must be done for the purpose of edifying, of building up of one another. Seek all the gifts that God has given, but do them in an orderly manner and for the building up of one another. This includes women keeping silent in the churches. They must be in submission, and if they have questions, they are to ask their husbands at home. This does not mean that they are lesser or inferior just different in function in private as well as in public worship. God has given a specific order and purpose to keep His body from confusion and strife. For He is a God not of confusion but of peace.

Father,
Teach me to understand more fully body life, what it means to be part of the body of Christ, how to interact, and how to bring glory to Your name and Your purpose.
In Jesus name,
Amen
